Fundraising Solidarity Event for Gender-Affirming Care

Join us for an evening of community, creativity, and care at Sonntagsclub, a vital space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, inter*, and non-binary people, as well as friends, allies, and those curious to connect.

This special event brings together art stalls, drag performances, speakers, and live music in support of a trans woman seeking gender-affirming care—specifically, a hair transplant.

Hair transplants can play a deeply important role in gender affirmation for many trans women. Hair loss or masculinized hairlines can be a significant source of dysphoria, impacting confidence, safety, and how one is perceived in daily life. Access to procedures like hair transplants allows trans women to align their appearance more closely with their identity, supporting mental wellbeing and a sense of self.

All proceeds from the evening will go directly toward funding her care.

The event is organized by Kaya van der Stelt, who facilitates solidarity fundraisers for individuals who prefer to remain anonymous. While community support can be powerful, it can also feel overwhelming—these events aim to create a balance between collective care and personal privacy.
